The item you’re trying to order might not be available for the date or location you’ve chosen. If you’re seeing an error message, it’s worth clearing your cache and cookies in case something in the background is causing the problem. If it’s still not working, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you place your order.
If you’ve just placed an order and need to make a change or cancel it, please get in touch as soon as you can and we’ll see if we can help. Because our bouquets and many of our gifts are handmade, we can’t make changes or cancellations once they’ve been made and sent out.
Once you’ve entered your payment details and clicked ‘Make payment’, you should see an order confirmation on screen. We’ll also send a confirmation email to the email address you used at checkout.
If you’re not happy with your order, we’re really sorry. Let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make things right.
We make all of our bouquets by hand on the day they’re delivered, so no two are ever exactly the same. The photos on our website are there to give us a sense of the style, colours and overall look you’re after. If you’ve left us any notes when placing your order, we’ll always take those into account. On the day, we choose the freshest flowers available, consider your colour palette and the occasion, and create something unique just for you.
We offer a few different delivery options, and the easiest way to see what’s available for you is to choose your flowers or gift, then enter the delivery date and address to show the delivery options available. Local and National deliveries from:
We can also offer International delivery through the Interflora network from £12. For deliveries overseas, please give us a call. If you notice delivery prices are a little higher when you order, it’s usually because it’s a particularly busy date. At peak times and weekends, we bring in extra drivers and florists to make sure every order is made with care and delivered on time. What happens if no one is around when my gift is delivered?
If no one’s in when we deliver your gift, we’ll do our best to leave it somewhere safe or with a neighbour. If that’s not possible, we will leave a card with details on what happens next or how to rearrange delivery. We always take care to make sure your gift arrives safely, and we’ll keep you updated if there are any issues.
Yes, usually we can. Just make sure you place your order before 3pm. The easiest way to check if same-day delivery is available is to enter the delivery address on our website. In some areas, we even offer guaranteed Express delivery, with your gift arriving within 3 hours.
Yes, absolutely. We love early bookings as they help us plan ahead, and your flowers will always be made fresh just before delivery.
Yes. We’ll email you when your flowers are on the way and again once they’ve been safely delivered. If there are any issues along the way, we’ll get in touch to let you know.
Yes, our Click & Collect service is completely free, make sure you add the name of the person collecting and choose a collection time when you place your order. You’ll only pay for the flowers, with no delivery charge.
When you place your order, you can choose a collection time that suits you. We just ask that you allow around an hour and a half before collecting, so we have time to make your flowers look their best. If you’re collecting on a different day, please allow an hour and a half after we open before popping in.
When you place your order, you can tell us who’ll be collecting the flowers. If that changes, just give us a call or let us know before collection. When you come to collect, please bring your order number or order confirmation with you so we can hand over your blooms smoothly.
Most of our flowers are available for Click & Collect, with the exception of funeral tributes. Some designs can’t be collected on the same day, as it depends on the flowers used. When you enter your order details online, we’ll let you know if Click & Collect is available and when your flowers will be ready to collect.

Yes, you can. Once you’ve chosen your bouquet, you’ll see a special request box (this is separate from the card message box) where you can leave notes for the florist. This could be something like “they love pink” or “they’re a big fan of dahlias”. We can’t always guarantee every request can be met, but our florists put a lot of love and care into every bouquet and will always do their best. With most of our bouquets, you can also choose a colour palette, whether that’s brights, neutrals, pastels, or you can leave it up to the florist to decide.
Yes, your secret’s safe with us. If you’d like to keep it a surprise, just leave the card message box empty when you place your order. If the recipient gets in touch to ask who sent their flowers, we’ll never share your details without your permission.
